Athletes undergo a thorough run analysis, including foot and physical therapy assessments, gait analysis, and VO2 max testing, using advanced technology like motion capture and biomechanics sensors to gather data on running form and mechanics.
REPORT
Sport science experts use collected data to generate a personalized run lab report, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and insights into running mechanics for enhancing athlete performance.
